Would it be possible for STS to get back my Glacian Egg as "EGG"?


Im opening 58 crates lately and was very lag. I'm in Traveler's Outpost. Suddenly my screen got lag and i accidentally click "Open" button but suppose to be on crates (which I still have 43 crates left after getting this egg) that I am opening. Of course im not stup*d to open Glacian Egg in Level 8 character.


Can STS please make this pet as "EGG" again? I will appreciate your help.
