problem with borean cage

Does the proc ever happen with borean cage rifle i have never seen it do you guys have ever seen it ?

I personally have not seen it although I never charge my Borean.

Actually the proc happens quite often, and i have seen it many times. It's a circle made of lightning, i'll post screenshot later if i can.

I first realized it a month after getting it, lol. Chatting in tdm with a friend, I charged borean and let it loose on trulle. I was like WTF? Its a sweet circle with lightning.

Borean cage only produces it's proc when charged... but I do not advice going for it.

Since the lightning proc produces a splash effect, the gun sacrifices it's damage output EVEN when it does not proc..

My damage of normal gun shot is 400.... chargeing it makes me deal around 320.

So since the proc doesn't even happen often, the proc is barely useful...
