Rogue Skill Build?

Which 4 skills, upgrades, and passives should I use for a PvE Rogue?

hi sheriff. there are numerous rogue builds that are successful. when you say pve are you refereeing to end game pve or leveling or elites or leaderboard?

Mainly leveling from 1-31.
I'm trying all 3 classes and rogue is my last one try.

for a leveling build i would say

as nox packs and sp through lv 16

after that if you plan on leveling in wt4 go with a trap build.

as sv traps and nox or razor... you could also sub sp in there if you like it

once 31 you'll want to respec
