The items are still in creation stage. At this time I am estimating next week to get into loot tables and clear through testing.
As for pricing, I expect they will be equal to comparable vanity items.

Probably a mid-september release, with new sets and vanities in Blacksmoke. All current prices will crash for sure, especially if the new items are slightly better
I agree Sun. I do not think the vanities are ready yet. Mid September does seem like a nice timeframe for the update. Sam posted on August 14th that he predicted the loot tables and testing would be done in about a week. Today is the 21st.
Oh. It could be sooner then. Could be next week, maybe this week, no timeframe has been given yet so we aren't sure on release.
