help please

running droid 2.1 on my motorola backflip was unable to find the app on the market so i download the apk and installed it via dos (Which has worked in the past for most non market apps) but for this app the screen just goes black and then it goes back to my main page can u get it put on our market or do u have some patch of specific file i should try all help would be much appreciated thanks

There's a forum for the android beta. I think the backflip is an opengl es 1.0 device, and PL requires 1.1, which is why it doesn't show up in the market.

ok thanks dev guy um well then is there a way to get it through dos with adb without having it just black screen on me? ill look for the android forum but if there isnt anything there maybe u could help me out with that if u arent to busy sir

As I said, OpenGL ES 1.1 is required, so for now at least, you're out of luck.
