Maybe try lvl 16 Ironbound Armor and Marauder helm combination. Also make sure you buy a good ring and amulet which gives Str, int, dmg. Also get a ribbit.

You're seeing it in a completely different perspective. I'm not begging. Just simply asking for help looking for an item that is affordable and a great boost to my stats that i can get.

Don't pay attention to people who call you noob - they're elitist snobs who are probably just as if not more noob than you. The term noob used to be used differently in the MMO community and it was not derogatory.

If you're new and you need help understanding the game, that's one thing. If that's the case, I would suggest you hook up with a good guild that has an open and caring environment for new players. If you're not new, and you're confident in your skills and abilities - /ignore is a wonderful thing

    ^ This.

Also, you should highly consider farming the Ydra Forest and Brackenridge campaigns non-stop for a few days. You will get good L16 epics and possibly chests/legendary items. Most importantly, these maps help you accumulate gold very efficiently. You should be able to breeze through them solo to get more gold per run. Use the /partyinvite 000 option or find a "group buddy".

While you do these maps, also do the daily Beastmaster quests. These quest lines give you the daily chance at 7 pets you can use or sell for profit. I did this when I was a "noob" (the original definition), and saved up over 30k gold within a week. Then I purchased the "junk pinks" from CS which were fantastic upgrades at the time.

Lastly, your first goal in this game - aside from level cap - should be acquiring a leprechaun pendant. Either spend 150 plat or buy it from CS for ~210k gold. Make it your top priority; because once you have this item, you have access to all the best gear available through the hard work and determination of farming .

    No no no, ^This. hahaha.
Both Taejo and Alrisaia have extremly good points. I'm a pretty slow leveler. In fact I'm only level 18, but I've nearly made my first mill.
And this is purely because I spam the **** out of maps. I level ever so slowly, but by the time I get to cap, I'll demolish it. And Taejo, I'm now going to go buy me that amulet xD ~Cheers

So yeah, just farm. Even if the map is giving you little exp, just farm. If you want money that is. And like people say, money makes the world go 'round.
You can only get to a certain level, but you can never really have enough money.
