Android Twitter Giveaway Question

Okay about these giveaways..I have a few questions if anyone can help me out that would be great.

1) Is the Android only going to appear once a day? Or multiple times a day?

2) Is there any fansite or internet site where I can get help on locating NPC's? I am fairly new to the game and don't know where all NPC's are.

3) Are these Android Antennas a permanent item? Or rental aka will they disappear in a week or whatever's time?

2) No, but if you ask people in game real quick, they will often help you out.

3) Permanent. You get to keep them.
