Low level Dex Mage

Hi guys, I've asked this questions numerous times in different threads but nobody wants to give me a straight answer D: As of right now I am level 13, and I am using a level 2 Green chile staff because I dont have any int to wear any other staffs. I'm not sure whether what weapon I should be wearing but I have seem to have better dmg+dps w/ a lvl 2 staff than a level 12 Burglar's Forest Bow. My stats are 9 int and the rest into dex but I don't know what weapon I should be using...If somebody could help me I would greatly appreciate it.

Right now you just need to equip whatever helps you kill the fastest to level up. As you level up into the mid 30s it will become more clear what you should wear. If you can equip a nice bow, for now, go for it.

Hmm well I've completed 19/19 quests in Forest Haven and 12/13 quests in the Ursan Wield one. I can't seem to find the last quest and how do I get exp once I'm level 13?
