yes, after tweaking the nerfs for bonechill and devourer mythic had to come up a little bit in order to stay competitive and in line with our previous statements.
.......{thinks about the hundreds of 1-on-1 PvP fights I've had with rogues where I won but was left with less than 5% health}.......
