whats better skills and stats for rogue

I have a full mystic items and I learn to better skills &stats for rogue and pvp ?
I'm 36 lvl

Ok if you ONLY want to pvp here's my suggestion

Stats: pure dex
Skills:
5/5 aimshot
2/5 or 3/5 shadow pierce (heal upgrade and your choice to add the multiple low hits on normal attack upgrade)
3/5 heal packs (extra hp & 3 packs on charge upgrade)
Razor sheild 4/5 (no bleeding upgrade)

Passives: 5/5 dex, 5/5 dmg 5/5 int & if you only took 2 points in shaidw pierce 1/5 str

Pets are up to you but I prefer ribbit and talon

What is the difference of charged AS and uncharged AS?

3 pierce(10% heal, rising death)
4 nox no radius upgrade
5 health packs
Max dex int str passives
Rest I would go dmg passives, but it's really your choice.

I'm non-mythic and I use the following build for Lvl 36 Pvp:

Stats: pure dex for sure
Skills:
active
5/5 aimed shot
4/5 nox bolt (no strenghtened shot)
4/5 combat medic (no trama surgeon)
2/5 shadow piercer (just shadow absorption)
passive:
full dex, strenght, int and damage

Just an option.

Hey guys I have a some questions

I'm 36 lvl

The standard PVP builds are always 5/5 AS, 4/5 Noxious, 5/5 Packs and 1/5 SP for bow users.
For dagger users, I believe they usually take out SP for Veil or sometimes RS because they fight in point-blank and also because they focus more on auto-attack (DPS) so because SP doesn't allow you to attack a little while after you use it, its not really that useful.
But I understand you're using entangled bow though,
and passives are 5 Int, 5 Might, 5 Dex, 5 Dmg/Crit, and that last one point usually goes to some other skill you might want to swap out for PVE or maybe another passive or even rising death on SP to snag a lucky kill.
