Does shazbot ever actually give out arcane items cause form my view point of playing for almost a year and paying for the occasional chance at what shazbots title is [B]"keeper of arcane items[/"B] and never once do i get an arcane item so i wanna know does he really live up to the title and if not can you either add dispersement of an arcane item or change his title?

Nope he doesnt give any arcane items. Now you mention it though thatd be a.good idea to implement if the.chance of getting one.from him is 2-4x lower then from a locked(if thats even possible).

Ahhh ok so to op i suggest posting in the suggestions thread about implementing him to habe.arcane chance. But itll be.like winning the lotto
