I have an SQL query that I run against the DB to generate the master list, that I just copy/paste the first 50 to get the first 50 list. After that, it's simple and quick enough to search/copy/paste to answer requests. Just takes a few seconds per request. If a request is not on the master list, I fire off the SQL and let it run in the background for a few minutes to get an updated master list.
