Blast 9
Blind 8
Shattering scream 1
Avian scream 5
Repulse 9
Break 9
Thorn root 9
Rest goes into heal or thorn wall, your choice.

The same, but put the points in thorn wall.
At 73, should I go dex/str for PVE and get talon set? I hate dying...
For over, sure. There will be somewhat of difference, but not big.
What about 71 talon set and half str?

300 dex rest str full buffs, cry and scream and all 3 shots 1 on root 2 on wall 9 heal
Go buff wall blind cry scream blast root repulse heal then if not dead spam whatever shots have recovered and screams too
