Shadow Veil vs. Entangling Trap | Razor Shield

I've been testing all skills now that we have the free respec. I don't know about you guys but somehow I feel that Shadow Veil doesn't do anything at all. On the other hand, I see that Entangling Trap actually makes some difference. Therefore, I'll really love to know your thoughts.

As for Razor Shield, it's helpful but is it really necessary?

If you can only choose 1 of the above, please tell me the reason behind your decision.

@ endgame, veil can save your pots when dealing with lower mobs like in KM3 or WT4. take notice that veils effects is in %, means that it would yield higher effect as you grows. for me, who prefers long range and single damage, Razor and traps may have little effect.
IMO if you run elite and have a good tank/mage partner, who can controls mob excellently, then AoE and mob control skills is important.
