What dual build is better?

My Bear Lv. 50 is dual build rift/void atm.
I want make rift/cosmos.

My question is what dual build is best ,rift/void-/rift/cosmos or void/cosmos??

last I heard int bears at lv50 where just not as good.

but last I heard anything but str bears where not as good too :/

i dont like bears. make a dual str/dex bird.
