    Default Cant login my main account... AGAIN.

    The whole week ive had multiple instances wherein i cant login for hours.
    ive asked help from support and the only response is "what is the error message"
    i cant login. Its that simple.
    i have tried logging in with my other accounts and its fine.
    My wifi is fine, again i can login with my other accounts.
    But my main character can get in.
    can someone from sts help me pls?
    I want to play, i spent money on this.
    this is frustrating...

    Its been 8hrs and still failing to connect.
    Fix this.
    we've been having this problem for a while.
    it got worse this week.
    every single day there are hourssssssssssssss we cant connect to servers.
    pls do something about this.

    The 'we' would be including me.
    Exact same situation .
    I've been missing 4 days of the event quests just because I can't connect to servers.
    My low lvl alts can login but not my main.
    Please do something!!!!!

    Posting in support hasn't been much help either.
    We've done that several times.
    We're posting here to be heard more..

    To STS:
    We've been good players and good spenders also.
    What does it take to get help?
    Your support team aren't doing much in 'supporting'. They're mostly good in closing tickets out asap.
    Do I have to be a famous forum adept like emmacheese or jexetta or a name in lb?
    You were able to fix emmacheese's in a jiffy.... how about us?
    Are we that insignificant because our pockets aren't as big as theirs?
    No mod has even responded here unlike in other famous players thread.
    Is that suppose to be a message to us?
    For crying out loud! It's Christmas! PLEASE HELP US!!!!!!

    The mods could have atleast replied to this concern like: thank you for bringing up this concern to us, we will be happy to assist you. Regarding your concern, we will look into it. Plaese give us 3-5 bussiness days to fix this. If not, we keep you posted. We apologise for the inconvenience.
    Something of that sort would be nice. Not even support can do that.
