Tomsik is one of my best ingame friends and there is no doubt it only was his fault. Just, due to my self experience, lag by listing may pretty much cause this. If you missclick and list the wrong item while you get lag or even DC you may not get the confirming message. What bothers me most however is the buyers approach. For sure, he is in full right to buy any item in cs, but this was very clear to be some mistake. And since Tomsik asked him politely to restore the trade, I think that every fair player with a piece of honor should have done that :/
Besides double checking the price before I list something, I search for the item I just posted as if I was gonna buy it just after I listed it so as to triple check.
That trick saved me at least once.
Solution: Dont use the cs.
Beware of the Tinfoil - it's coming...
That's why I always check again before listing and then after I list it I do what Suentos said and look at it in cs as if I were buying it to triple check.
