Those tanks need atleast 4 ppl to take down, and usually one of them needs to have active dmg/combo enhancer.
I think STS tank vulars need to be nerfed, either decrease regen rate, or create some sort of vulnerability (Like lure them to some areas on a map where they couldn't heal properly, or unable to heal properly if something happened - like killing a certain group of mobs, hopefully you get the idea)

Not really. You can do it with 2 players who are well aware of their skills and how to use them correctly. As operative, I've got the megavular down to 50% for a second or two. With 2 ops it's less than 20 seconds. Operative and eng can do it fairly fast too. Same goes for operative and commando, if he's using his combos.
I think he's referring to pain. Pain is actually really good in pvp as well, you just need to time it right.
A full team of Engineers can actually pull off a pretty sweet teamwork, One eng use pain, after 3 sec stun explosion, another eng use pain, 3 seconds stun, explodes, another eng pains, etc... Benefit of 5 eng is if some got dodged you can still keep stun active, highly doubt the dps can kill the tanks on STS though...
