No platinum from downloading apps

Ive downloaded 20+ apps over a few weeks and I have only gotten like 2 of them to actually give me platinum, so I have 3 total platinum, but I've downloaded a lot more apps for free and went to the "history" tab and it says "pending" for 90% of the apps downloaded, and I would have around 100 plat or close if those apps actually worked. (the other 18 or so apps were supposed to give at least 5+ platinum each)

And I've spent a couple hundred bucks a few yrs back so I'm just tryin to get some free apps for now while I can, and unfortunately it looks like its not rewarding me properly.

If there is any way of compensation, that would be great.
