How to make it on the leaderboards.?

Hey I made this fours beacuse I'm a little confused about leader boards. Is there a specific lvl you have to be? And will you automatically be on the leaderboard or do you have to show a DEV. How many kills and stuff you have? Please leave your answers bellow! Thanks
