Regarding Singe, the new Arcane Pet!

Looking at your screen shot your current level is 36. The level difference is an important factor in Arcane Legends as a part of calculating damage, and thus what is likely happening is Singe's level and damage values tied to the calculation are not actually doing enough damage yet to affect enemies and players of higher levels when armor is factored in.

Keep leveling him up! You should see him start to lay on the damage in no time.
