Gale Force vs Arcane Shield

I used Shield for a long time, it's quite good. The Gale i dont like the push away effect, always mess up with other AoE skills! Only thing cool is its speed boost effect which useful in farming/avoid boss... Is it worth to replace the shield in PvE?

Arcane Shield: 30% (+15% with upgrade) dam reduction in 10s, cooldown 30s

Gale Force: 50% Armor in 4s, cooldown 5.5s

Which take more dam? Honestly i'm terrible at math

IMO no. Shield in pve is primarily for bosses where Gail is of limited use due to range. I am not a fan of Gail at all though, it just annoys the whole party. Fire, ice, light, TS, Shield is what I spec for pve. I run full offense and sub in shield as needed for bosses.
