Got banned(But didnt do anything against TOS)

My device has been banned but i haven't done anything wrong....On Friday morning upto 7:15 am(Indian Standard Time)i played arcane and watched delphina test out the singe's moves and everything.Then i logged off to go to school.In the evening i logged on at approx. 5:00 pm(IST)..But then it was shown that my device was banned and i didnt log on at any period between the given timings because i was at school.My IGN is Serillia.I've waited for months for the free respec and i got banned on the eve of the free respec weekend ).So devs, please make this right fast.

Well STS people Don't work on weekends so wait for somedays
It has happened many times to some of people so don't worry everything will be alright

I have no probs waiting.But the thing is i've been waiting months for a free respec weekend.If they fix it after the weekend is gone i'll have to wait for sme more months .Thats y i really want this to be allri8 fast.

If you're playing on computer it's possible someone else plays on it too or has played before. If that person is banned there's a good chance they'd ban every account that logged in from the same spot.

It's not my business to discover if you're inoccent or not so I'm not going in detail but there are ways to lift the device ID ban, especially for PC players. If support doesn't respond at all maybe we can talk more about that since missing out free respec seems to matter so much.
