[Guide] Sorcerer PvE Build

Thank you for this great guide ..it helped me alot.. I made some changes tho.
I wish you can tell me what you think about my build :
Lv 23, skills:
5/5 fireball
5/5 time shift
3/5 gale force (+protective current and outward squal)
1/5 arcane shield
Passives:
5/5 knowledge
5/3 damage

I don't have the greatest gear.. But I think I really do massive dmg..
Skill rotation and tactics :
Arcane shild->fireball->time shift ->gale force
I only use arcane shiled when I'm luring enemies
Down side of this build.. It costs ALOT of heal potions to survive
