Entries #25 and #27 are from 37 sec. But they must have 15- 30 sec. It's not right.

The winner of Pocket Legends contest made a 37 sec's video. So i guess its not a problem if u stay on 30-39 segs.

i know people who special change speed and delete other scene for change video time to 30 sek.In my opinion this is not fair

I maked that at my video i had 8 scenes but i must cut and quit many of them...It's not fair.All videos must have 15-30 sec. Those are the rules.

Well, in my interpretation, the lenght 10-30 sec was just for people have based, not stricted, cuz in the moment they allow someone won the same contest with over 30secs, they open a windows for it. Maybe people have cut some scenes, but u should been based on the winner, cuz as it says, he won the contest. I made that video and i based myself on it, cuz for me its the only video its matter on the other contest. STS did not clarify these aspects when they anounced the contest. U guys should have thought about it. I do not know what is valid here, but anyways, if someone is damaged, they should have a second chance for touching the video. Cuz in my view, is not fault of anyone here.

As you said, it is in YOUR interpretation. It was clearly said 10-30 seconds video. Not APPROXIMATE LENGTH ~30sec.
So and therefor #25 and #27 just dont obtain this rule.
