Normal Brackenridge village aka Jarl, you have a chance in every <30 sec. Kraken mines 3 only if you can run less than 1:30 minute.. otherwise go back to jarl.

Brackenridge for low Lvl

For low levels farm brakenbridge
For capped players farm km3 (it's hard to find a party if your below level 34)

Maybe you should try windmoore harbour then you would know. It's not a joke. There are two bosses there.
