They read it with THEIR OWN EYES. LOL. Its not an automatic work. Imagine you received thoundsands of essays and you have to read them all, then go and search all the names that might be written wrong, then search all the sts email account that might also be written wrong. Then, you submit all the codes to give platinum to all those accounts. Just imagine. LOL

Question for STS: what if we made a mistake in the IGN we entered in the survey?
For example if I entered Urakuij and not Orakuij (not saying I did this) is there a way to fix this?
