It's bugged.
Not really worth it for end game rogue. I should have got it for my tomb-farming mage instead.
I hear the twinks are enjoying it, so suppose it depends on your level.
Ps: it's not bugged, unless you count the premature shield droppage.

PVE yes ... with speed+shield and mana+regen its cool..but for the price if you afford go for it
PVP no... crit is good but we rouge also need health.. OK for ctf but cheaper pet can do the same
IMHO this pet suits warrior the best..shieldpet+jugg+vb+heal that's almost indestrutible
Shield dies in 1 sky smash in PvP, and lasts about 3 seconds in PvE at l27. No.
He is a fun pet, but base everything on the Happiness bonus because the Shield is useless in almost every situation where you would ever need it.
Basically, this is a pet that I use for the Speed and Crit; but you get most of the same stats with Haze, so if you have plat burning a hole in your pocket, got for it; otherwise, Haze is a more cost effective purchase.

Haze is much better. Damage + stacking double armor reduction.
