Okay so I compared the stats between the two and talon/wing beats blaster in everything. However, alot of people are still using the blaster. Is it because of the range? I like the look of the blaster but don't want to lose out too much on stats.

Okay so I compared the stats between the two and talon/wing beats blaster in everything. However, alot of people are still using the blaster. Is it because of the range? I like the look of the blaster but don't want to lose out too much on stats.
Blaster is better due to the damage, it negates the armor of the bosses, and thus translates to higher dps. You want to look for a weapon with good damage 150 or higher and decent dps although speed doesn't really matter because on high level campaigns, damage translates to dps. The talon/wing is mainly only used for survivability when you don't have the ideal team (1 or 2 good HEALING mages, 1 tank that actually tanks/taunts, 1 or 2 good birds for dps).

Thanks range. Now I switch to talon/wing when I'm dying to mobs too much and blaster for boss and weak mobs. Also I think I played with your mage roflnub lol.
