Teeth farm

Only because few players can farm teeth 24/7 doesn't mean the drop rate is high...

So yeah make the Dragkin Teeth drop rate higher in Elite Zones especially considering there will be new other stuff to purchase with them.

In the meantime i realized new teeth gear is comin so drop rate is fine, can be spent on other things.
