[Arcane Staff]: Charged Attack = Low Damage & Slow Charge Time

TO STS:

There is a function (Shadowflare spell) that 90% of Mages DO NOT use it,(due to too freaking long charge time)
Shouldn't you take a look at it? aren't Mages costumers to you??

Arcane staff with a USELESS Shadowflare spell
proc is only +60INT and 10mana regain.
chance on hit to apply a pushback to enemies which I've NEVER NEVER NEVER EVER seen
Mages were told Shadowflare spell "does a little bit less damage than charged fireball" which is totally BS


BTW
Warrior with arcane ring has 7000HP+ and 600+damage (with arcane maul)

VS
mage with arcane ring has 4300HP+ and 670+damage (with arcane staff)
