Pure Dex Pvp Build

So about two days ago I started getting into pvp, and it's actually pretty fun. However my build doesn't have restore or meditation and I think that's useful for pvp? Well anyway here is my build ATM, tell me what I should sacrifice for restore (don't think I need meditation right? I'll likely die before mana runs out unless the guy is really nooby):

5-5-5-4
0-0-5-5
5-5-5-5

Here's a few things I'm thinking about :
1. Take out thorn wall since it's not that useful, maybe one point in it.
2. Max out thorn root for another 5% debuff?
3. Max out restore? Is it worth it to leave it at 3 or 4?
4. Avian scream. Is it worth it?

take out avian scream put 5 restore 4 thorn wall no meditation rest is 5,. this is my skill build, in pvp avian scream is too short range to use

Why 4 in thorn wall? It's useless against mages and birds. I'm still on the fence about avian scream, as it stuns as well as damages.

if your opponent is bird its useless cause you only need 4skills to kill a dex bird,. on pallies it has effect and thorn wall has much range than avian scream, before you can hit your avian scream in pvp you need to be so close to your opponent cause if im not mistaken avian scream only has 3mm range

need thorn wall cause it has splash damage thats my secret when im getting mob at pvp,. blast shot break shatter scream thorn wall blind root repulse i can kill if im lucky 3 - 4 mobs in pvp with this skill combo

by the way thorn wall and root damages too,.

Uh no, thorn root does not damage, it has dodge debuff and root only. Thorn wall does 12 damage per sec for 3 secs at level 5, how did you use that to kill multiple people? Range is same for both, only thorn root is single target and wall is aoe. So thorn wall is pretty useless in pvp in my opinion. I might max restore and thorn root and leave avian scream at 4.

Btw I doubt you could win with that combo. Blast shot before debuff? And you don't get cruel blast combo that way which is important.

Your having the Best PvP DexBird give you his build. Avian Scream is useless, u need to really be up close to have the effect, and the stun is only like 10%.
