Support works on a case by case basis. Some employees might say yes, some might say no.
Secondly, a lot of the time the requests are rejected because somebody will want to bring back a discontinued item that they liquidated a long time ago in order to get some money. So, when making support cases like this, make sure to let them know the relevant time frame as to when you accidentally liquidated the item. After all, they do have a help section specifically on liquidating items, so I think that most of the time... they do give assistance for that.
However, if you're looking to profit off of it, then they will not give assistance.
