Level display of gear

I noticed lately a problem with the level that some items display in my inventory.If you click them at first you will get this:


Pressing the info button:


And finally pressing randomly on other items,the problem gets solved


So basically,some items display theyr stats,but the level of the item that I am wearing.

It's a bug. It has been around for some time.
