Arcane Bow design idea and Your opinion on arcane weapons?

First off my friends and I were talking about arcane weapons and I had made a joke about how a rainbow bow should be the next arcane weapon for bow. but then I made this..


Do you think they should release new arcane weapons for the premium weapon types? Also what stats and proc should the RainBow of Brutality have?

Oooh it could proc a swarm of butterflies that attack enemies around reducing accuracy/dodge.also could buff user with 60 Dex and 5 HP regen =p
