Hello there!
If you're experiencing problems using the Facebook login, you might want to try the following:
1. Go to your Facebook security settings then in App Settings. Make sure Arcane Legends is listed there and that it has all permissions needed.
If it shows that the app does have the required permissions, you can try removing it (click on the name and tap the "Remove" option at the bottom). Then reload the game and try to login through Facebook again - it will ask you to give the app permissions again so do that and hopefully, you will be able to play now.

2. If you are in Chrome, go to your History page (Ctrl + H) and delete your cache. Then simply restart Chrome and load AL. Be warned though, this solution will make you re-download all the patches too so it'll take a little longer (5-10 minutes depending on your internet connection).
If you're playing from Android, you will want to clear your cache memory. You can do that by going to your Settings then Applications. Find AL, tap on it and then tap Clear cache option. Re-launch the app. Again, this will make you re-download all patches so don't try this without being connected on WiFi.
