Level 35 Wand+Offhand

Hey guys, I'm camping at level 35 for a little while and want to know which of them below is better. Mainly farming, but also doing pvp occasionally.

Winter Ornament lv30
4 Int, 2% Hit, 2M/s, 5 Damage, 10 Armor

Dreamer's Swamp Juice lv35
7Int, 1% Dodge, 3% Hit, 2% Crit, 2H/s, 3M/s, 13 Armor.

The +5 Damage is very attractive, but at the cost of 3 Armor, 3 Int, and much more. Even though Ornament looks MUCH better, but I can't care less about that.

Also, are any of them better than Voodoo Doll?

Then there's the weapon? Staff is probably Zombie's Voodoo Staff but what is the best wand? Mamboza's?

Idk stats on voodoo doll but I am pretty sure its only good in the set

Mojo Wand, Mamboza's is only good in the set, but still doesn't have the proc that mojo wand has.
