By sending email to sts support (Also dont spend the elixer's time) and u got your plat back ^^

Yep this is good but not a solution as we all know not all have time or even know how to send report to STS since bunch of kids are playing this game and even adults who don't know how to report too. So they end up losing their plat and be sad about it.

+1 to this thread, hope they can resolve this issue.
