What are the experience caps in all the maps?

As in, what is the maximum level that you can still gain experience in each map?

I've done some testing when I was leveling some of my toons but eventually I got bored and gave up as there is really no point in getting exact numbers, and an rough estimate is simply 11-16-21-26-31-36-41.
Anyway here goes for some of the earlier maps.
You can level as long as the mobs don't have gray dots, that is, up to map's max level+4 (e.g. just hit 17 at Bracken 3).

Correct me if I am wrong, but shouldn't the minimum levels be "greater than or equal to" (eg >=) instead of "less than or equal to" (eg <=), and vice versa for maximum levels?

It's based on the information I could get.
E.g. I got to Aegir island as level 23 and the mob dots were already blue. I cannot tell if they scale down to 23, 22 or 21.
OTOH, my lv16 toon gets red dots in LMM, so I know the mobs are at least lv20.
