I think both the armor and helm are worth more than 2m.
The upgraded helm and armor are practially worth nothing because most people have them. Mythics have became the new legendarys.

And now after seeing how OP %damage pets are, who says they are useless again?
These are good stats, but i still dont think that better than samael. Ok i mean good hp, good dmg good crit, but how you crit if you cant move? Its all depends on how good the activated arcane ability will be, the hp and mana regen rate, which we dont know yet.
