it doesnt stun at all ....ive tested in pve n pvp... i expected the stun to be as good as clyde ...check it out guys im lvl 15 btw

Haven't really tested in PvE much but it did stun Helena and the Ursoth's tree minions a couple of times. Rates seem lower than Slag after all.
Chance to Terrify doesn't always mean all the time. Guildies have it and says it works fine.
You realized I compared its stun to clyde right ? And not slag .....or sam ... I tried mine on the new bosses ,wt4 mobs and no stun o.o I am highly confused also its just not me its afew of my members also I have slag orion and clyde

Panic, Terrify and stun...aren't they all within the same thing...? Immobilization.
Their just synonyms of each other....the actually ability is essentially the same though..lol.

No, each has different limitations - you can't stack stuns the same way you can stack panics and terrifies for example. There would be no point to add three different words as synonyms of a plain stun.

Strange how low the terrify rate of Dova is comparing to Samael's - just hit L36 with Dova and it's still nonexistent. :/
Yes my dova is level 32 and terrify is a rare sight

Terrify= u got syuck on a place but can use your skills and panic= means u got stuck on a place and get dmg over time buy can charge skill..
And stun means u cant just stuck on a place and
Cant use your skills.....

Panic/stun/terrify pretty much do the same, prevent you from moving and fighting
I know after i shoot fireball my enemies get a stun immune for a few seconds so grimm doesnt work well for a mage as far as an enemy stopper
Dovabear's terrify seems very weak to me, and by weak i mean rare, really not close to being as good as slags and thats why even tho stats boost i go with slag.
