Thumbs down Cannot find a working pocket legends install anywhere!

Hey guys so recently I've become interested in pocket legends and wanted to try it out.
To my dismay it just wasn't as easy as going to the market and downloading it. Why? Might you ask well because the app is non existent on the android market so I said okay lets try app brain and to no avail that did not work either it tells me that the selected item could not be found.
As a last ditch effort I download the pocket legends apk file and go from there
I open the apk on my samsung captivate and it tells me this
    "Install blocked"
"For security, your phone is set to block installation of applications not sourced in Android Market"
I know for a fact people who have the captivate can run and do indeed have this game.
So why am I having so much trouble?
    Can anyone help me out?

    hey there,

You can allow installation of Apps from unknown sources by going to:

Settings > Applications > and ticking Allow installation of non Market Applications.

    Regards,

I do not have that option
In my application settings I got this
    Manage applications
    Running Services
    Development
    USB Settings

    Under Dev there is this
    USB Debugging
    Stay Awake
    Allow mock locations

I tried ticking mock locations with no luck : /

We have a Galaxy S in house for testing and it works fine. Must either be a Market or carrier issue not reporting or using the correct capabilities of the device. I'm assuming that you have ATT. Make sure you're running the latest firmware. Not sure what else we can do for you.
