Elondrian Essence

Go to the map, at the bottom in the middle there's standing elondrian outpost, click that, now go to the npc with a token above her head, here you can buy recipes.
For normal essences go to the menu press crafting and make gems.

So elondrain essences I need to trade them at the outpost? In the normal crafting menu I can only craft blood fire glacia and energy essence not elondrain
