Hello, i am looking to restore a character Kainraz, i dont know why it got deleted but, i last played when i hit the level 16 elite cap.

Support usually takes time to reply to players since they receive a lot of reports a day, just have patience or wander around with a new character (Which may come in handy if they cannot restore your old account)
