Where do you find lockeds?

You can get them just about any map, but brackenridge - Brakenridge is best (aside from Kraken Mines lvl3) if you get a leprechuan pendant and a luck elixer, farming them is a bit easier

Lockeds full name "Locked Grand Crate of the Watch"

They are chests, like any other chests, except can only be opened with 15 platinum
They give 3 items (might be gold, platinum, arcane or legendary or mythic or rare or common items for your level) they also have the chance to give you a pet egg

You can either buy one from plat store with 150platinum, or you can buy on from CS (its the NPC with a hammer icon above his head) for around 180-200k (i think..)
