Nope.
I dont want to offend but I had a serious problem with the customer service. I deleted from mistake 2 items ( 10m worth ) and they answered me after a week saying " We can't do nothing now. Passed a week already and your items are gone forever ". It was my fault cause i deleted those items but i didnt expect to receive such a reply and such a solution. The items that we sell in inventory should be kept in that secondary invetory (or what it is) for exactly a week. I dont want to pm customer service weekly cause i delete something from a mistake. I don't believe they cant give the items back.... But worth 10m to don't send an email to customer service asking about something that i deleted
To be noted: I didnt send the email during weekend .
I believe that's how people are treated when pay for this game. I guess i'm not the only who felt it.

I opened a couple of eggs by accident and a dmg elixir (I'm poor so yeah I wanted them back) but I went on vacation so I messaged them a couple of days later,
they rudely said: "Those pets will not be re-egged. We only re-egg pets that were opened on accident and reported to us immediately."
Most customer services atleast say we're sorry, but sts doesn't seem to think of it that people don't pay attention to their games during their vacation, so they just blame u without showing any manners.:/
But yeah I guess I even get more for my money if I enter a casino;(.

The thing is that data base erases data after some time and since more and more peoples comes to game, more data arrives. That means they just erase data more times a month now that they use to.
(I believe you have retrieved your items few months ago..)
STS cant give items back because they dont want game to be laggy an stuff..

Also, the people who work at STS support answer differently. I will tell you an example. I wanted to change my main character's name to Nefertiti. Support had no problem and changed it for me (because it contains the word tit). When I changed my main character's name to Atten, I wanted to reserve Nefertiti by renaming my alt to it and and support refused to help me that time. They said "Names who are thought to be offensive by the system cannot be reserved". Eh, lol..
Just deal with it.

In most cases the restoration of items is relatively simple and can be done even after a long period of time, but sadly this isn't always the case. Most of the time it comes down to how quickly something is reported to STS.
This isn't something that They normally do but in some situations they may deny the restoration.
And for your Kind Information they Never say a week Has passed so cant Recover..

I wanted to change my email because of google blocking and my job but they said no inna looooong way :/ I also reported some pervert players on Arcane Battlegrounds 2 or 3 times and they did nothing...
