Well I do not really like ecchi myself, I find it a bit dumb (Highschool DxD).
But I am romance fan too!
Maybe have some suggestitions? I do not really like action, but maybe knoe any pure romance?

I have never seen any anime like this...
Highschool DxD can not be, because its not emotional. HOTD could be but there is no romance (Well there is, but that piece is a bit too low). Sakurasou no Pet na Kanojo can not be since its not fantasy or harem. Toradora! can not be since there is no harem or fantasy. Naruto would do, sadly its not ecchi :/
See? Its impossible to see anime with all those genres :O

the thing is "funny" in anime is mostly the things we see in DxD or Sekirei..so thats gnna happen in every funny anime..

btw almost every anime is emotional, just the things you have a feeling for are emotional, thats also hard for others to understand or to explain to

I dont want to rewatch it :-)
I dont like this anime because of its cheap, sadly popular tricks.. First danger sign which shows that anime is not for my taste is alot of nudity.. Just look at second season first episode.. Story is pretty dumb too :/ So its not my taste, I will not watch it second time or whatever.
I suggest you to watch "Date a live" it has similarities to HS DXD and is popular too :-)

Lil 'summary': Its about a guy who has a secret gear, he dies duo a fallen angel and then he lives back as a demon.
Their destiny is to improve their powers and also to win the rating game, I guess...

How could that be dumb :/, meh... Again I respect your opinion ;D

I'd try Infinite Stratos and Seirei Tsukai no Blade Dance, they both fit all your criteria (action,comedy,harem), the first has 2 seasons, the other is currently airing and has 3 eps I think. They are similar, but both are great series IMO

The closet thing I can come up with is Sora No Otoshimono I liked this one a lot it's been awhile since I watched it though it has a some action or emotional you can try angel beats

Thank you. i will watch all of those. i've watched accel world too n dropped that anime. just seeing the mc already makes me want to hit something. i mean i can stand fat mc, but he also so damn short. plus his avatar in the anime's virtual world is a freaking pig!! not to mention that he is a target of bullying in his school. *facepalm. i think the creator of accel world must have hate him so much.
