Well I do not really like ecchi myself, I find it a bit dumb (Highschool DxD).
But I am romance fan too!
Maybe have some suggestitions? I do not really like action, but maybe knoe any pure romance?

I have to take back what i said about freezing earlier...the anime is quite nice..the story is good however i think there are way too many bloody fights

Freezing is like sekirei, it has a bit more fan service than needed but overall it's a decent one and has quite a few good fighting scenes.
