Proud gm of <Complexity>
I often ask myself, why am I so attractive?
I'm only interested to c the skill dmg comparasion atm to get the bigger and actual picture.
base dmg has been decreased for dex and str sets increasing the dps while it has been increased in int set so something interestimg happened in that perspective.

Im pretty sure that it is a good thing that int sets got a boost because int mages need to support while nukng the opposing force. So it will make sense to increase damage and a little more armor.
I will be very upset if the new int set can be beaten by savage or if the int set is also u derpowered again against the other two new sets.
^ dats the trick new int set needed to get bit more armor but in oppose it got significant DMG boost but very little armor boost, as I said we need to c the skill DMG to get the actual picture tho..
Toffee said new int set is bad and only adds more damage/crit over Fiery. I believe he said it has the same armor as Fiery, but I'm not sure.
Here are some raw data taken just from examining pink set pieces. Note that set bonuses were NOT taken into account for either of the two sets, and that the added INT for each set contributes to adding more of the other stats (mainly Mana Pool). For instance, Fiery Scepter set definitely has more Damage than 243-273, but this is due to taking Set Bonus and INT attributes into account.
Fiery Scepter Set VS Lustrous Energy Wand Set:
Base Fiery (per Set Piece) Stats: 42 Int, 6% Hit, 12% Crit, 5 H/s, 6 Mana, 6 M/s
Base Lustrous Energy (per Set Piece) Stats: 46 Int, 6% Hit, 12% Crit, 6 H/s, 7 Mana, 7 M/s
Improvement per Set Piece: 4 Int, 1 H/s, 1 Mana, 1 M/s
Total Fiery Set Stats (without Set Bonus): 168 Int, 24% Hit, 48% Crit, 20 H/s, 24 Mana, 24 M/s, 243-273 Damage, 213 Armor
Total Lustrous Energy Stats (without Set Bonus): 184 Int, 24% Hit, 48% Crit, 24 H/s, 28 Mana, 28 M/s, 280-305 Damage, 216 Armor
Total Improvement (without Set Bonus): 16 Int, 4 H/s, 4 Mana, 4 M/s, 32-37 Damage, 3 Armor
Basically, the Lustrous Energy set DOES provide improvement, but mainly through defensive terms (regeneration) and some damage. Surprising lack of armor though, however, this might point to the Set Bonus (for which I did not account in these comparisons) for Lustrous Energy set including a substantial armor boost over Fiery.
Swift Elite VS Lustrous Fury:
Base Swift (per Set Piece) Stats: 42 Dex, 12% Hit, 9% Crit, 4 H/s, 3 Mana, 5 M/s
Bow of the Phoenix Stats: 263-303 Damage, 0.9 Speed, 42 Dex, 1% Dodge, 9% Hit, 12% Crit, 5 H/s, 2 Mana, 5 M/s, 32 Armor
Base Lustrous Fury (per Set Piece) Stats: 46 Dex, 12% Hit, 9% Crit, 4 H/s, 4 Mana, 6 M/s
Improvement per Set Piece: 4 Dex, 1 Mana, 1 M/s
Total Swift Elite Set Stats (without Set Bonus): 126 Dex, 33% Hit, 30% Crit, 13 H/s, 1% Dodge, 8 Mana, 15 M/s, 319-359 Damage, 173 Armor
Total Lustrous Fury Stats (without Set Bonus): 138 Dex, 36% Hit, 27% Crit, 12 H/s, 12 Mana, 18 M/s, 308-348 Damage, 163 Armor
Total Improvement (without Set Bonus): 12 Dex, 3% Hit, 4 Mana, 3 M/s
Loss: 3% Crit, 1 H/s, 1% Dodge, 11 Damage, 10 Armor
NOTE that these results are misleading, as the ELITE Bow of Phoenix is part of the Swift Elite set, whereas only a pink Lustrous Bow of Earthen Fury is part of the Lustrous Fury set. The Swift Elite Bow itself is already quite overpowered in the amount of armor that it supplies a bird. Thus, the seemingly huge loss in using Lustrous Fury set is a direct result of an overpowered Bow of Phoenix's stats. That said, set bonuses were not added into these calculations, so in the end, results might differ. However, if it were not for Set Bonuses, the best results for a L77 endgame Archer could be obtained using an ELITE Bow of Phoenix and the Lustrous Fury Crown and Cuirass.
I won't post anything for STR as Dolloway's thread post better demonstrates the difference/improvement in stats. For now, though, above are the DEX and INT ESTIMATES, which could DEFINITELY be misleading, as Set Bonuses have a HUGE factor in adding superiority in terms of endgame sets.

Here's the stats on the Lustrous bow set vs. the Phoenix bow set:
I believe he told me that the skill damage is +16 over the Phoenix set for every skill on the minimum and maximum damage stats.
less armor damage and crit, who wouldn't want
Survivability > dmg anyday
Something has to be done about the bow set... We'll be seeing more and more warbirds if this is the true new set stats.
I wonder why StS would not ask for some feedback for some stat on the sets before the release of the sets. I'm not saying that StS should show us the new sets, just stat wise.
