Ripmaw worth it?

Get anything else with similar stats, but dont get that pet as u would almost never use it.

I would rather use haze, shadowlurk, flap jack, vlad, loki, slag and many many more other pets than this one.

Some say its a good pet for twinking, so is flap jack and loki.

Flapjack isnt good for twinking, neither loki. Ripmaw is under rated pet but you should know when and how to use it.
Have you seen a warrior stun lock killing a rogue? Well, I've done it a lot of times at twink using it. Ripmaw is a beast.
